Graduate Project Assistant Summer 2025:
- Assisted Amy Cochran and Gabriel Zayas-Cabán on a PCORI funded project focusing on the use of risk-prediction models in hospitals. Developed code to implement the use of a Nelson CKD model on simulated data and created a website to communicate its use.
Undergraduate Research/Projects
Research project collaborating with 3 other colleagues sponsored by AMD to implement physics informed machine learning models. I was also selected as Project Manager for this project.
- Selected among 35 other students from 3000+ applicants to work on NSF funded research projects.
- Presented results to AMD research team and to audiences from NSF and IPAM. Presenting at JMM 24 and NCUWM.
- Utilizing PyTorch as well as AMD's HPC systems to create our models and perform parallel computing tasks.
